It&amp;rsquo;s typically about 300mm long and wired through an R7s connector. It’s all about packing a lot of heat into a small space, with built-in protection that stops things from overheating.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;what-makes-it-tick&#34;&gt;What Makes It Tick&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;The 400V input and 2500W output were chosen for a reason: to give you maximum power without over-stressing the control circuitry.&#xA;The 300mm length is intentional, too. It keeps the footprint small, so it slips right into tight spots like crowded heating blocks and manifolds.&#xA;It heats up fast. But that kind of power also creates a lot of waste heat. So the overheat protection isn&amp;rsquo;t just a nice-to-have—it&amp;rsquo;s a hard-and-fast safety limit built right into the design. It&amp;rsquo;s there to keep the element from &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;burning&lt;/a&gt; out, whether airflow gets blocked or the load suddenly changes.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
